Case Study: A large organisation that was struggling to hit its targets, high turnover and ‘command and control’ leadership structures. We delivered Org-wide Culture assessment and strategies as well as large scale leadership assessment and development. We taught Leaders how to coach and get the most out of people so that levels of leadership were able to lift and unlock productivity. Production targets were starting to be hit and turnover reached its best/lowest levels ever.
