Damian is an Organisational Psychologist and Founder of The Science of Happiness and Success, specialising in leadership, performance culture, and workplace wellbeing. His work is grounded in the belief that psychosocial safety and performance are not competing priorities, but two parts of the same system for sustainable human performance.

Damian is an endorsed Organisational Psychologist, AHPRA-registered Psychologist Supervisor, member of the Australian Psychology Society, and accredited Executive Coach with the NeuroLeadership Institute.

Behind the Work

Damian’s approach is shaped by both commercial experience and deep psychological expertise.

Before moving into psychology, Damian built his early career across human resources, sales, and customer excellence. He later returned to study as a mature-age student, developing the growth mindset that continues to shape his work today. His academic and professional path has focused on leadership, engagement, and the systems that enable people to perform sustainably under pressure.
